In this study, energetic tens giga electron-volts interaction a femtosecond laser with very thin layer plasma been investigated using Particle Cell LIPIC ++ Code. Access to such become possible by two color beam including first third harmonics means proper selection many effective factors as ratio intensities relative phases harmonics, material, charge thickness target, angle incident pulse , duration intensity pulse, density plasma. The is not relatively high respect rate acceleration, it can be hoped that proposed conditions will appropriate way produce highly energies greater than 35 GeV.
